I've got my CT results back showing a 2.8cm mass, and my sputum test came out positive for TB. I'm really confused about what to do next. Should I start with AKT4 treatment right away, or do I still need to get a biopsy done first?

View allI'm having some issues at night that have been really concerning me. I keep waking up in the middle of my sleep, feeling breathless and coughing a lot. It's like I can't breathe properly for about half an hour, but then everything goes back to normal, and I can sleep again. I've noticed there's this weird whistling sound coming from my nose when I'm breathing during that time. People have told me I snore really loudly, which gets interrupted by my coughing fits. I went to a general physician before and was on some tablets for a month which seemed to help, but now the problem is back. I'm wondering if I should see a chest specialist. What could be causing all this?

I'm a bit concerned about my health. I was diagnosed with lymph node TB in my neck and took Forecox and Moxif 400mg for 6 months. The swelling in my nodes went away after two months, which was great, but now I'm noticing some issues. I feel a bit tired and sometimes have acidic sensations, itching, and a tingling feeling. Should I be getting any follow-up tests even though my doctor says there aren't any possible? And how much longer should I keep taking the medicine? I'm really looking for some guidance on this.
Continue same treatment as advised by the physician.
