I've got my CT results back showing a 2.8cm mass, and my sputum test came out positive for TB. I'm really confused about what to do next. Should I start with AKT4 treatment right away, or do I still need to get a biopsy done first?

View allIs it okay for my treatment to stop Ethambutol after just two months even though my chest X-ray is better and my doctor said to keep taking Isoniazid, Rifampicin, and Pyrazinamide? I mean, I didn't have positive sputum results or a Mantoux test, but my CT scan showed TB and I had a constant cough for a long time. I'm a bit worried about changing the meds too soon.
yes it is normal, there might be some side effect related to ethambutol

I'm really worried about my dad. I've attached his recent chest CT scan, and I'm hoping you can help explain what's going on. He was diagnosed with COPD last year, and I'm not sure how this scan relates to that. What should I be looking out for?

I'm having trouble with my breathing and I'm currently taking Montemac FX and Spirodin 650. I'm really anxious to know how long it'll take for me to start feeling better. Also, I'm curious about what my immune system's condition might be right now. Could you help me understand this a bit more?
Continue same treatment. It takes around 2-3 weeks to recover.
