I've got this pain on my upper right butt cheek, and I found a small lump there about the size of a chickpea. It's making me a bit worried. It really hurts when I press on it. What could this be?

View allI'm using Ayu Hina hair dye and I'm concerned if it's safe for me. I've got dark spots on both my cheeks, and you previously suggested using Cutiyt and Obril cream. The spots are still there though, so what should I do next?
Ayu hina hair dye is generally considered safe for use. However, it is always recommended to do a patch test before applying it to your entire scalp to check for any allergic reactions. If you are still experiencing dark spots on your cheeks despite using Cutiyt and Obril cream, you may consider using a topical cream containing hydroquinone, tretinoin, and a corticosteroid. One such option is Melalite Forte cream, to be applied once daily at night on the affected areas. Remember to use sunscreen during the day to protect your skin from further darkening.

I've developed some moles near the base of my penis, and now they're appearing on the shaft as well. They've been there for about 34 years. They aren't painful or causing any issues, but I'm noticing they're getting bigger. Should I be worried about this? Could it be something serious? I'm looking for some medical guidance on what to do next.

I've been struggling with dry and scaly skin on my knuckles, and no matter how much I use moisturizer cream, it just doesn't go away. Unfortunately, there's no good dermatologist where I live. Can you suggest a solution? If there's a cream you recommend, could you please mention the brand name, preferably one that's easy to find even in smaller places?
You may be dealing with a condition like eczema or psoriasis. In this case, I recommend trying a cream containing 1% hydrocortisone, such as Cortizone-10. Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice a day for up to 2 weeks. Additionally, you can use a moisturizer like Cetaphil Restoraderm Skin Restoring Body Moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated. Remember to consult a healthcare professional if the symptoms persist or worsen.
