I've got this burn on my right hand from spilling hot water a while back. I've been using silverkind ointment as the doctor suggested, but now I'm seeing these red pigments pop up and there's this constant itching. Is this normal, or should I be worried?

It sounds like you may be experiencing an allergic reaction to the silver sulfadiazine in the Silverkind ointment. I recommend stopping the ointment immediately and washing the affected area with mild soap and water. You can apply a topical corticosteroid cream like Hydrocortisone 1% cream to reduce inflammation and itching. Additionally, taking an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg once daily can help with the itching. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult your doctor for further evaluation and management.

I'm dealing with a ring-shaped rash on my lower body, like my legs and thighs. It's been there for years, maybe around 2025 days, and it's just spreading instead of healing. I've tried using Cream clofresh ot, but it hasn't helped at all. What would you recommend to stop it from spreading and finally get rid of it? I'm really worried about this.

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions,once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection,above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
