I've been noticing something weird every morning when I get up. After I wash my face with hot water, I notice something like coldness coming from my throat, and it's been happening for months. Plus, whenever I eat something cold or get exposed to cold weather, my throat gets all uncomfortable, like I'm going to catch a cold.
