I've got this preauricular sinus pit and every month it starts discharging with this really bad smell. I'm wondering if I should go for surgery or if there's any medication that can help with this? I'm not sure what the best course of action is and would love some advice.

View allI've been dealing with something really weird and it's got me a bit concerned. So, a few times now, I've coughed up this big, white, cheese-like chunk that smells terrible. I had to vomit a few times to get it out, and it's left me with some congestion in my throat. It was massive, white, and I'm not sure if it's coming from my stomach or somewhere in my throat. I haven't had any cheese or paneer recently, so I'm puzzled. There's no pain, fever, or anything like that, but I'm unsure if it could be a tonsil stone, though it was really big. Any ideas on what's happening here?

I'm dealing with pulsatile tinnitus that I've had for over a month now. It's really strange because it comes and goes, and it switches between my ears, sometimes my left ear, then other times my right. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?
