I've got this preauricular sinus pit and every month it starts discharging with this really bad smell. I'm wondering if I should go for surgery or if there's any medication that can help with this? I'm not sure what the best course of action is and would love some advice.

I drank and smoked a lot the other night, and I ended up vomiting pretty badly. I also smoked and drank again later that night. Since then, I've had a sore throat, but what really worried me was when I noticed traces of blood when I cleared my throat a few times yesterday. It's not happening anymore, but it got me thinking. Could this be something serious, like throat cancer, or is it just because I hurt my throat from the drinking and smoking binge? Now I just have a sore throat, and every now and then, I feel this random pinch in my left chest muscle. Should I be worried?

My 13-year-old daughter has been having these blood clots coming out of her nose and she's even coughing them up too. They vary in size from a quarter to bigger than her hand. She had her nose cauterized about a month ago, but it's not helping. She's had this issue before, but it usually stopped within a week after the procedure. This time she's never had clots that she's coughed up. What's going on here and what should we do?
