I've got this really itchy, black, and flaky skin on my inner thighs. It gets super itchy and smelly, especially if I sit on a fiber chair for a long time. There's this weird smelly, sticky substance that starts coming out, and it's definitely not sweat. Things get worse if I skip a shower. I've tried all sorts of treatments for eczema, but nothing seems to work. My crotch is always really warm, but instead of sweating, there's this strange stuff. It's getting in the way of my social life because, even if the substance isn't there, the itch leaves a bad smell. What could this be, and how can I fix it?

It sounds like you may be dealing with a fungal infection in the groin area, also known as jock itch. I recommend using an antifungal cream such as Lotrimin Ultra or Lamisil AT. Apply the cream to the affected area twice a day for at least 2 weeks. Keep the area clean and dry, and avoid wearing tight clothing. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I've been using ibglow cream because it was recommended to me, but after a few days, I noticed redness on my right cheek. There's also dryness, itching, and inflammation. I stopped using the cream, but I'm really worried about these symptoms. What can I do to treat this reaction and get things back to normal?

That could be due to allergy, stop using it and visit dermatologist for apropriate management

I'm really worried because my wife took the i-pill about 20 hours ago and now she's got these small blisters on her back and buttocks. Should I be seeing a dermatologist about it or will they just go away on their own eventually? Also, any tips on what we can do in the meantime to help with the itching?

I've been struggling with acne marks on my face, and once they heal, the scabs leave behind fresh pink skin that doesn't blend in well with the rest of my face. It takes forever for these spots to lighten up or become less noticeable. This whole situation has really hit my confidence hard. I feel embarrassed to go out and often end up avoiding social gatherings because of it. I'm basically drained emotionally by all this. Is there anything I can do to help make these marks fade faster or blend better?

There are many advanced treatment modalities available you can try with co2 laser or other perfusion techniques for a good result
