I've got really tough ear wax and it's making it hard to hear from one of my ears. I gave Cipla ear drops a shot, but they didn't work. Any ideas on how I can get rid of it?

View allI've been diagnosed with reactive lymphoid hyperplasia for the past couple of months. I'm really concerned and wondering if it's something that can be cured on its own, or if surgery might be necessary. Could you provide some insights on this?
Surgery (usually in the form of a biopsy or excision) may be considered if: The swelling persists for a long time without improvement or becomes very large. The doctor suspects there might be another cause (like lymphoma or another serious condition). The lymph nodes are causing other physical symptoms (such as difficulty swallowing, breathing, or other issues due to the pressure they cause).

My CT scan shows soft tissues filling almost all of my left maxillary sinus and less than half of the right one. What should I do next is surgery absolutely necessary or are there other options? I'm a bit worried and not sure what this means for me.
Yes surgery is advised to the patient.

My right nostril has been completely blocked for the past three months. The doctor diagnosed it as DNS and recommended surgery, but I've been trying homeopathy for a month with no relief. What else can I do to improve this?
If homeopathy hasn’t helped, an ENT might recommend septoplasty or radiofrequency ablation. Nasal sprays and steam inhalation may help temporarily.
