I've got some Biotique Ayurvedic products like hair masks, face packs, and skin polishers that have been unopened for about 4 years. They were manufactured from October 2015 to September 2016, and they say they expire 3 years from the manufacturing date. Is it okay to use them now? I've heard that Ayurvedic products don't really expire. What do you think?

My husband has been dealing with some really itchy, red bumps on his inner thighs for about 34 weeks now.
