I've got some Biotique Ayurvedic products like hair masks, face packs, and skin polishers that have been unopened for about 4 years. They were manufactured from October 2015 to September 2016, and they say they expire 3 years from the manufacturing date. Is it okay to use them now? I've heard that Ayurvedic products don't really expire. What do you think?

I've been dealing with this annoying fungal infection on my back for about 6 months now, and I'm in the UAE. I'm using TRAVOCORT cream as the doctor recommended, and it seems to work for a few days, but then the itching and irritation come back. I've noticed the symptoms seem to get worse when I eat non-veg foods like chicken, fish, or mutton, which is really frustrating. Can you help me figure out what's going on and how I can get some relief? It's becoming really uncomfortable.

To address this issue, I recommend trying an antifungal medication like Terbinafine (brand name Lamisil) in tablet form, along with a topical antifungal cream like Clotrimazole (brand name Lotrimin) to apply on the affected area. Additionally, it is important to maintain good hygiene, wear loose-fitting clothing, and avoid consuming foods that seem to trigger your symptoms. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I'm dealing with this skin issue that's turning red and itchy, and I haven't seen a dermatologist yet. A doctor mentioned trying No Scars cream, but I'm unsure if it's a good idea. How long might it take to heal completely without professional help? Should I be using something else or avoiding any specific products?
