I've got some hard skin that's formed on my right hand little finger, and it's making me itch constantly. Once I start scratching, it's hard to stop. I'm really not sure what's going on and it's getting kinda annoying. Could this be something serious or do you think it's just dry skin? Any advice on what I should do next would be super helpful.

If it really hard and pigmentation is seen that could be a type of psoriatic patch, avoid scratching and keep it moist, visit Dermatologist for appropriate treatment.

I've been using Zole F for my scrotal dermatitis for a couple of days now, and I'm starting to worry because I've been sweating a lot where I applied it. The skin around that area has gotten darker, and now the top layer is peeling. Is this something I should be concerned about? Does it sound normal to you?

Usually such infections will heal with Hyper Pigmentation,no need to worry that will become normal, follow your docotros advice

I've been using Panderm Plus cream for over a year, but I would stop and start using it again. Initially, my skin was clear, but then I started getting one or two pimples. I saw a doctor who told me to stop using the cream because it has steroids. Now I'm using Derma Dew soap and Kojic cream for the pimple marks. I'm really worried about the effects of the steroid on my skin. Can you tell me more about the side effects, and will the new products help with the pimple marks?

Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.

I accidentally left the face pack on overnight instead of the recommended half an hour, and now I have wrinkles all over my face. I'm really concerned about what might happen next. Can you advise me on what steps I should take or if there's anything specific I should be worried about?

No need to worry, that could be due to dehydration, lack of moist over skin ,apply moisturizer two times a day and stay hydrated . If its worsening or not becoming better visit Dermatologist for a better solution.
