I've got some small white patches on my neck and chest. I've been using TBIS 0.1 and trimop forte, and it's helped stop them from spreading. But now I'm wondering what I should use for the depigmentation. Any advice on this would be great!

For depigmentation of the white patches on your neck and chest, you can try using a topical corticosteroid cream like Clobetasol Propionate 0.05%. Apply a thin layer of the cream on the affected areas once daily for a few weeks. Additionally, you can also consider using a skin lightening cream containing Hydroquinone 4% to help even out the skin tone. Make sure to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day to protect your skin from further pigmentation changes.

View allI've been having this really annoying issue with my skin; it started as just itching and at first, I thought it was just because of sweat. I even tried using mupivate ointment but it didn't seem to help at all. The skin is just peeling constantly and it's all on my lower back. Whenever I sweat, it gets super itchy, and I've noticed it's actually been spreading over the last six months. Do you have any suggestions for a cream or anything external I could apply to help with this?
This sounds like a case of fungal infection, specifically tinea corporis. I recommend using an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice a day for 2-4 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further spread of the infection.

I've noticed that Cinthol soap tends to cause pimples on my skin, but whenever I try switching from Cinthol, my face seems to get darker. I'm considering using Dermadew or Dermadew Light to help lighten my skin and keep it pimple-free. Could you advise which one might be more suitable for my situation? I'm quite worried about this and would appreciate any guidance.
try with dermadew lite that could help you and also use good moisturizer for your skin to give good nourishment

Which face wash is best for pimples?
Face wash with either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide may help in removing dead skin cells which clogs the pores leading to acne. Either of them may help only in mild grade of acne. You can choose face wash with salicylic acid if you have blackheads, whiteheads and comedones and face wash with benzoyl peroxide if you have pus filled pimples.
