I've got these big, irregular white patches on the side and underneath my scrotum, and they've been itching like crazy. It's been going on for about 56 months, and I think it's because of the sweating. I just noticed the patches recently. Should I be worried about this?

I've got this bump on the back that's filled with pus and it's really hurting. I've tried using safromycin cream once, but I'm not sure what else to do next. Any advice on how to deal with this?

I've been using Melacare cream for my acne scars for the past 7 months, and it's really helped lighten them and even my complexion by about 2 tones. But I'm worried because whenever I try to stop using it, my skin gets super irritated, I get lots of tiny white bumpy acne around my mouth, and my skin turns darker than it used to be. I'm 22 and also dealing with PCOS and a vitamin D deficiency. What can I do to solve this problem once and for all?
