I've got these tiny dots all over my face, kind of like little bumps and they're not quite like pimples. They're all over, but especially on my nose. Is Vaseline good for face?

Vaseline is a Petroleum Jelly based moisturiser. As long as the person is not allergic to Vaseline they can apply it to the face but in very limited quantities to prevent blockage of pores and Acne.
