I've got these tiny dots all over my face, kind of like little bumps and they're not quite like pimples. They're all over, but especially on my nose. My skin's super sensitive, so most creams and meds just don't work for me. I'm really hoping to get clear and smooth skin without having a bad reaction. What do you think I should try?

I'm 27 and have been dealing with a lipoma for around six years. A year ago, I found two more big ones, had surgery to remove them, but now I've noticed about 15 small ones popping up on my body. They're quite tiny at the moment. Can you give me some advice on how to get rid of them while they're still small? Also, I've just started taking homeopathy medicine a couple of days ago. I hit the gym daily - does working out make these lipomas grow more? Plus, I take whey protein. Could this be a factor?

No need to worry, thats called durcums disease and those lipomas are harmless,if they are concerning you cosmetically, visit Plastic surgeon for appropriate management

I'm thinking about taking vitamin supplements after my CO2 fraxel laser resurfacing. I'm hoping it might help reduce the downtime. Could you tell me if that's a good idea? If so, what vitamins should I consider and how much should I take?

Taking Vitamin C and Vitamin E supplements post Co2 fraxel laser resurfacing can help in reducing downtime and promoting faster healing. You can take Vitamin C 1000mg daily and Vitamin E 400 IU daily to aid in the healing process.

I've been given Onabet SD topical solution for a scalp issue. Can you tell me how to apply it? Do I need to leave it in, or should I wash it out after a while? I'm a bit confused about the right way to use it.

Apply locally and rinse it with luke warm water afer 5-10 min of application of the medication.
