I've got these tiny dots all over my face, kind of like little bumps and they're not quite like pimples. They're all over, but especially on my nose. My skin's super sensitive, so most creams and meds just don't work for me. I'm really hoping to get clear and smooth skin without having a bad reaction. What do you think I should try?

I'm using Melanocyl ointment for my vitiligo as prescribed by my doctor, but I've developed a sore and a reddish patch on the area I'm treating. My doctor is currently on leave. What should I do about the sore?

Seems like you may be experiencing a reaction to the Melanocyl ointment. You can try using a mild corticosteroid cream like Hydrocortisone 1% cream on the sore area to reduce inflammation and itching. Apply a thin layer twice a day for a week. Additionally, you can use an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin to prevent infection. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult with another healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.
