I've got these tiny dots all over my face, kind of like little bumps and they're not quite like pimples. They're all over, but especially on my nose. My skin's super sensitive, so most creams and meds just don't work for me. I'm really hoping to get clear and smooth skin without having a bad reaction. What do you think I should try?

View allI'm really concerned because my HSV IgG test came back positive with a range of 24. It's been about a year since I got this virus, and I'm really scared since I've read that there's no cure for herpes. Thankfully, I haven't had any symptoms like pain, swelling, itching, or ulcers on my penis. Next year, I'm getting married, and I'm terrified of infecting my partner. Is there any way to manage or treat this so it doesnt affect my future spouse?

I'm really stressed about my upcoming wedding because of my skin tone. I've tried various treatments from skin doctors, but nothing seems to work permanently. Is there a treatment out there that can help with permanent skin whitening? I'm feeling quite overwhelmed and would appreciate any advice.
Kojiglo cream for local application for atleast 3 weeks is advised.

Is Vaseline good for face?
Vaseline is a Petroleum Jelly based moisturiser. As long as the person is not allergic to Vaseline they can apply it to the face but in very limited quantities to prevent blockage of pores and Acne.
