I've got these tiny dots all over my face, kind of like little bumps and they're not quite like pimples. They're all over, but especially on my nose. My skin's super sensitive, so most creams and meds just don't work for me. I'm really hoping to get clear and smooth skin without having a bad reaction. What do you think I should try?

I'm really confused about these medications. First, I was prescribed isotino 5mg for 20 days, but nothing happened to my skinno reaction or even side effects. Now, I've been given tretin iso 10mg tabs, and I'm not sure what to expect. Should I be concerned, or is there a reason why the first medication didn't work? Also, how can I send you a photo of my skin to help you see what I'm dealing with?
