I've got this thing with my right carotid artery it's way bigger than the left one, like three or four times the size, and the other side's totally normal. When they first found it, one tech thought I needed emergency surgery, but then another doctor said it wasn't a big deal. Im 37, pretty healthy, and there's no family history of vascular issues. The only thing that bothers me is this ache I get when I'm exercising. Just wondering, is there something I should be worried about down the road?

I just woke up with a purple to blue vein under my armpit. I exercise and have been experiencing a bit of leg pain, probably from sitting for hours working on my computer. Is this something dangerous? How can I naturally cure it?

The blue or purple color may indicate that the vein is not getting enough oxygen, which could be a sign of poor circulation. To naturally help improve circulation and alleviate the symptoms, you can try elevating your legs when sitting for long periods, staying hydrated, and incorporating regular exercise into your routine. Additionally, foods rich in antioxidants like berries, leafy greens, and nuts can also support vascular health. However, if the symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment.

I'm curious about something I've noticed on my right wrist. When I press down on the vein, there's this lump or bubble that pops out. It doesn't hurt at all, but I'm really wondering what it could be. Could this be something to worry about? Any idea what might be going on?

Difficult to tell without palpating the lump in a physical consult, but it could be a ganglion cyst. It is harmless, unless compressing any nerves. If you have no symptoms, there should be no cause for concern.
