I've got this thing with my right carotid artery it's way bigger than the left one, like three or four times the size, and the other side's totally normal. When they first found it, one tech thought I needed emergency surgery, but then another doctor said it wasn't a big deal. Im 37, pretty healthy, and there's no family history of vascular issues. The only thing that bothers me is this ache I get when I'm exercising. Just wondering, is there something I should be worried about down the road?

I'm really worried about my mom. She's been dealing with these varicose wounds for the last three months, and they come with crazy itching and burning sensations. The Doppler scan showed mildly dilated long saphenous veins due to an incompetent sapheno-femoral junction and a few incompetent perforators. Luckily, there's no sign of deep venous thrombosis, but still, it sounds serious to me. She's taking medications like OCID DSR, Gabamax Gold, CALDOB, and Ecosprin. I'm just trying to understand how severe this condition is and how long it might take for her to fully recover. Are there any specific precautions or recommendations we should follow to help her heal faster? Would love to hear your thoughts on this.
