I'm really worried about my mom. She's been dealing with these varicose wounds for the last three months, and they come with crazy itching and burning sensations. The Doppler scan showed mildly dilated long saphenous veins due to an incompetent sapheno-femoral junction and a few incompetent perforators. Luckily, there's no sign of deep venous thrombosis, but still, it sounds serious to me. She's taking medications like OCID DSR, Gabamax Gold, CALDOB, and Ecosprin. I'm just trying to understand how severe this condition is and how long it might take for her to fully recover.
