I've got an ulcer on the left side of my throat that's been bothering me for the past couple of days. What should I do about it?

View allI've been struggling for a while with some leftover symptoms from the flu I had about 3 weeks back. The fever and body aches are gone, but the sore throat and ear ache just won't quit. Now, I've also got this annoying muscle pain in my neck and shoulders. I tried taking Cataflam, and it seemed to work wonders for about 2-3 days, but now it does nothing, even when I take one every day. There's still a bit of a stuffy nose hanging around too. It's weird because I don't have tonsils anymore, so I'm just wondering what's going on. Any advice on what this could be or what I should do next?
That needs proper evaluation and treatment, visit ENT doctor for appropriate management.

I've been dealing with swollen tonsils for about 10 months now, and its starting to worry me. It all started when my doctor said I had viral pharyngitis, which cleared up in a week. But then my left tonsil swelled up without any pain, and a few weeks later, the other one did too. It's been a long time now, and the swelling hasn't gone down. Plus, it's giving me bad breath and other problems. What could be going on, and should I be concerned?
Antibiotics such as Amoxicillin can be prescribed to help reduce the swelling and infection in your tonsils. If the antibiotics do not improve the condition, a tonsillectomy may be considered as a treatment option. Additionally, you can try using a saltwater gargle or throat lozenges to help alleviate the discomfort and bad breath associated with swollen tonsils.

I'm a bit worried because I had my earwax removed by an ENT and they used a sharp tool. After that, they inserted this pipe-like instrument, and it made this really loud noise in my ear. It's been about 25 days now, and there's still some pain in my ear, but it's not super severe. I'm just concerned that maybe this pipe thing hurt my eardrum. So, if the pipe did hit my eardrum, would there have been immediate, intense pain? And what are the signs of having a hole in your eardrum?
That could be vacuum which you are saying about,do not worry it causes no damage, the pain that younare saying could be negligible forget about it,if it's becoming worse visit your doctor for evaluation.
