I've got this white, pearly, bumpy papule-like growth on my right tonsil. It doesn't hurt, but I can really feel it when I'm swallowing, like there's something stuck in my throat. I've also noticed a slight ache in my right ear. What could this be?

I've been struggling to hear soft or low-volume voices lately and it's really frustrating. Are there any remedies for this besides hearing aids? Also, is there a non-surgical solution that could help improve my hearing?

If you're struggling with low-volume hearing, there might be treatments like hearing aids or cochlear implants, but it’s best to consult an ENT specialist. Non-surgical options might include therapies or devices to amplify sound.

I had septoplasty about six months ago to correct my deviated septum, but ever since, I've been having trouble breathing and can't sleep at all during the night. My nose feels really dry, and it seems like the air isn't getting to my lungs properly. I went back to my doctor, and they said it might be an allergy, but I'm not really convinced. I've been reading about empty nose syndrome and wondering if that's what I might have. Is there any way to cure ENS or manage these symptoms better?

I'm really struggling with a sore throat and it's becoming hard to swallow my saliva. I think it might be a bacterial infection. Do you have any suggestions on what medication I should take to feel better?

Throat pain and difficulty swallowing saliva could be a sign of a bacterial infection like strep throat. It's important to consult with a doctor who may prescribe an antibiotic like amoxicillin or azithromycin. In the meantime, you can use throat lozenges and warm saline gargles for relief.
