I've had a 5mm kidney stone on the left side for the past 3 months and medicines haven't worked. What surgery or treatment can help remove it quickly?

I've been having some concerns and I'm hoping you can help. A couple of years ago, I was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection and since then, I've noticed a 0.5 inch lump on my right testicle, which is also a bit larger than my left one. There's nothing like that on my left testicle. Could this be epididymitis, or is it something else I should be worried about?
