I've had a 7mm kidney stone for a month now that hasn't moved at all. It's not painful but causing issues like blood in my urine, burning sensation, and trouble urinating. Should I consider surgery or is there another way to deal with this?

View allI'm dealing with a UTI and my doctor prescribed me Niftas 100 mg twice a day. But I've been getting these intense headaches after taking it. Any idea why this might be happening?
Headache can be a side effect of Niftas (Nitrofurantoin), which is commonly used to treat urinary tract infections (UTIs). If you are experiencing severe headaches as a side effect of Niftas, you should inform your doctor. They may consider adjusting the dosage or switching to a different medication such as Cipro (Ciprofloxacin) or Bactrim (TrimethoprimSulfamethoxazole) to treat your UTI without causing severe headaches.

I'm 22 and I've been dealing with ejaculation during sleep for the past 45 days. I know it's pretty common, but this has been happening continuously. I usually masturbate once a week or maybe twice a month, and when I do, it's about 3 to 4 times in one go. But I haven't done that for around 15 to 20 days now. Is this normal, or should I be worried?

my boyfriend has paraphimosis and we're really worried about it does it always need surgery to fix or are there other treatments also how much would surgery cost if it comes to that
This condition may require clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause and treatment. Some cases can be managed conservatively, while others may need surgical intervention depending on size, symptoms, and severity. Regular follow-up is important to monitor progress.
