i've had androgenic alopecia for around 34 years and was wondering if it's still possible to get full hair regrowth without prp or surgery can topical or oral meds really bring back all the lost hair or is it too late for me

I've been worried about a skin issue that started after I used MemopiHC cream on my entire face instead of just the affected area. I seem to be losing more hair every year. Usually, I shed about 50 to 70 hairs a day, which I know is normal, but the hair I lose has this little black bulb at the end.
