i've had androgenic alopecia for around 34 years and was wondering if it's still possible to get full hair regrowth without prp or surgery can topical or oral meds really bring back all the lost hair or is it too late for me

I've been worried about a skin issue that started after I used MemopiHC cream on my entire face instead of just the affected area. It's been around 8 months now, but I'm still dealing with redness around my nose. I used the cream for about 15 days, and ever since, I've noticed this redness. Can you give me some advice on how to help my skin recover from this?

I recommend using a gentle moisturizer like Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream twice a day on the affected area to help soothe and hydrate the skin. In addition, you can apply a thin layer of a topical corticosteroid cream like Hydrocortisone 1% cream once a day to reduce inflammation and redness. Make sure to avoid using any harsh products on your face and protect your skin from sun exposure by using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30. If the redness persists or worsens, it is best to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I have these small black pimples all over my face, and my doctor said I should take Wysolone 10, three pills every morning for a week because of some bad cream I used. I'm worried about any side effects. What do you think?

Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.

I seem to be losing more hair every year. Usually, I shed about 50 to 70 hairs a day, which I know is normal, but the hair I lose has this little black bulb at the end. Is this something I should be worried about? Will new hair grow back? I'm aware of the hair cycle, so I'm looking for a straightforward answer beyond that.

See a specialist for accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment.
