I'm dealing with a boil where I've managed to remove the pus, but the core hasn't come out yet. While the pain has gone down, I'm still a bit worried because I've dealt with recurring boils in the past. Right now, I'm dressing it two to three times a day and using Betadine ointment for it. I'm really careful about hygiene when cleaning the boils, but I'm not sure if Betadine is actually good for them.
