I've had a blood pressure reading of 13585 for the last few days. Is this something I should be concerned about, even though my echo test and ECG came back normal? Is there a way to manage it without medication?

View allI take concor 5mg for my hypertension and high heart rate. I vomited about an hour after taking my dose today. Should I be worried that the tablet might have come out, or is it fine to just continue with my next dose tomorrow?
In this case, it would be best to not take another dose today. Wait until your next scheduled dose tomorrow. If you continue to experience vomiting or any other concerning symptoms, please consult your healthcare provider for further guidance.

I'm 30 and just started working out, but I've noticed during cardio my heart rate goes above 180. Is this normal?
During intense exercise, it is not uncommon for heart rates to exceed 180 beats per minute, especially in younger individuals. However, it is important to monitor your heart rate and listen to your body. If you experience dizziness, chest pain, or difficulty breathing, you should stop exercising and seek medical attention. To help regulate your heart rate during exercise, you can consider taking a beta-blocker such as Metoprolol at a dose of 25-50mg before exercising, after consulting with your doctor.
