I've had this bubbling sensation under my left front rib cage whenever I take a deep breath, and it's been going on for a few days now. It also hurts when I do any kind of physical activity. I'm just wondering if this is something I should be seriously worried about.

The "bubbling" sensation under your left front rib cage, accompanied by pain during physical activity, could be related to various conditions, such as costochondritis (inflammation of the cartilage connecting ribs to the breastbone), pleurisy (inflammation of the lining surrounding the lungs), or even a rib injury, and it's recommended to consult a orthopaedician

Why do I feel weak after pooping?

Weakness after defecation is due to vaso vagal reaction. When you tense abdominal muscles or strain to pass stool, vagus nerve is stimulated which decreases the heart rate. Also, blood flow to the heart decreases causing the blood pressure to drop. Hence, decreased heart rate with drop in blood pressure together makes you light headed or weak after passing stool.

I'm really concerned about my health right now. I just got a USG report saying I have an enlarged liver, measuring 142mm, and the impression notes mild hepatomegaly. Everything else seems normal, but I've been struggling with slow digestion too. I'm currently avoiding alcoholic drinks and fast food, but I'm in a remote area where I can't find a specialist. Could taking LIV 52 tablets help with this, or is there anything else youd recommend?

Mild hepatomegaly (enlarged liver) can be due to various causes, including metabolic factors, infections, or liver conditions. While LIV 52 is commonly used for liver health, it's important to address the root cause of the enlargement, which might require further investigation or lifestyle changes like improving hydration, avoiding fatty foods, and managing stress. Given your remote location, its best to consult with a healthcare professional as soon as possible, even through telemedicine, to ensure the proper course of treatment.
