I've had this chest congestion for about a week now, and there's some coughing too. Im having trouble taking deep breaths. My temperature's been normal though. Could this possibly be COVID-19, or is it likely something else?

Probable diagnosis is upper respiratory tract infection.Patient is advised tab augmentin 625mg orally,thrice dailly for 5 days,tab levocetrizine 10 mg for 5 days and syrup salbutoml 10 ml thrice dailly for 5 days.

His CRP is 40.5 mg, serum LDH is 823.1 UL, D-Dimer is 319.92 ngmL, and ferritin is 769.63 ngmL. His oxygen levels keep fluctuating between 90 and 92, occasionally hitting 93 or 94. He started on steroids and anticoagulants from May 1st, but before that, he had dexona and deriphyllin for about one and a half days at the end of April. What should we do next? Is there anything specific we need to watch out for or ask his doctor about?

I've been prescribed ethambutol, isoniazid, and pyrazinamide for my tuberculosis treatment, and I'm wondering if having alcohol is completely off-limits during this time. Could it interfere with the medications or make my condition worse? I'm just looking for some guidance on what's safe.

I recently got over COVID-19 and tested negative on April 30th, 2021. During the illness, I had a CT score of 1025, so it was moderately severe. Now that I'm recovering, I'm experiencing mild chest pain pretty regularly. I had a CRP test done, and the result came back as 7.17 mgL. Is that CRP level normal?
