I've had this cold sore around my mouth for about 3 days now, and it's really burning. I was wondering if soframycin would help heal it quickly?

  1. Cold Sores and Treatment:

    • Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus.
    • Soframycin is an antibiotic and not effective against viral infections like cold sores.
  2. Recommended Treatment:

    • Use antiviral creams such as acyclovir to help speed healing.
    • Over-the-counter options may be available; consult a pharmacist.
  3. Symptom Management:

    • Apply a cold, damp cloth to the sore to reduce burning.
    • Consider using over-the-counter pain relief if needed.
  4. Consultation:

    • Consult a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and treatment.
    • Cold sores are common and typically heal within 1-2 weeks.

I'm really struggling with an acne problem that I've been dealing with for what feels like forever, maybe 6 or 7 years. It's super frustrating because just when I think it's gone, it comes back again. Right now, my doctor has me on tretiva 30 mg, and it seems to be helping a lot. But I'm worried about whether there are any negative effects of taking tretiva. Can you give me some insight into what I should watch out for?

side effects include nausea, headache etc , continue all the medications ..

I've been using medisalic cream for about a month, but now I have to switch to another cream because I noticed some marks on my face. I'm planning to go back to medisalic afterwards. Could stopping it for a while affect my skin?

I'm dealing with a fungal infection that my doctor diagnosed about a month ago. I've been on medication, taking Candiforce 200 twice daily, and using O2 derm cream. But now I'm noticing some stretch marks and they're spreading. Is there any nonsteroidal cream you could recommend for this? Also, a friend mentioned using Alograce bathing bar from Mankind. Is that safe to use for my skin condition? Would love your take on this!

For stretch marks, consider using non-steroid creams like coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, or creams containing silicone, vitamin E, or retinol; as for Alograce bathing bar, it's specifically formulated for fungal infections and is generally safe to use, but discontinue if you experience any irritation
