I've had a deviated nasal septum for the past 4 months with constant nose blockage - is surgery the only option or can medications help improve it? Are there other treatments I should consider for DNS?

I've been dealing with this constant coughing, headache, and runny nose, especially at night, and it's been really bothering me. I'm wondering if it's safe to take Azithromycin and Montek LC on the same day to help with these symptoms. Could this combo help, or should I be worried about any side effects?
That looks like sinusitis, you can take both tablets on same day no problem.
