I've had a deviated nasal septum for the past 4 months with constant nose blockage - is surgery the only option or can medications help improve it? Are there other treatments I should consider for DNS?

View allI've had this throat ulcer for three days now and I'm on medication for it, with tablets like olise, cipt, cetgo, and zincoplex. I'm just not sure how long it's going to take for the ulcers to heal. Plus, I'm struggling to speak properly now, and even when I try to shout, my voice is really faint. Should I be worried about my voice, or is this just a normal part of having a throat problem like mine? Is my treatment moving in the right direction?
