I've had an external hemorrhoid for about a month now no pain or bleeding, but it's not getting better either. I'm really hoping to avoid surgery. Any advice on how to help it heal naturally?

To naturally manage an external hemorrhoid that isn't causing pain or bleeding, focus on improving bowel habits. Increase fiber intake, stay hydrated, and avoid straining during bowel movements. Topical treatments like over-the-counter creams, ointments, or suppositories can also help relieve discomfort, swelling, and itching. Warm baths or sitz baths can also provide relief.

Six months of fistula symptoms suggest chronicity.Non-surgical options like Kshar Sutra may help but traditional surgery remains the most reliable solution for lasting relief.

I had laser surgery for grade IV hemorrhoids 20 days ago but there's still some swelling near my anus that feels like a hemorrhoid. Is this normal or should I be concerned? How long does it usually take for the swelling to go away completely after this type of surgery?
Post-hemorrhoid laser swelling at 20 days is common.Swelling usually subsides within 4–6 weeks. If pain or discharge persists, consult your surgeon.

I'm 23 and considering fissure surgery but I'm really nervous about the recovery time for pain to go away after the procedure I've heard some people say surgery made their condition worse is that common or does it usually help
Fissure surgery (sphincterotomy) is generally effective at relieving pain and promoting healing, but there can be some post-operative discomfort and potential complications. While surgery usually improves the condition, it's important to understand that some individuals may experience temporary or lasting issues like incontinence or constipation
