I've had a fissure near my anal area for a while now and there's some mucus-like discharge coming out. What could be the actual issue here? If it's a fissure, can you suggest both regular medicines and ayurvedic treatments? Also, is it possible to heal this completely without needing surgery?

I've been dealing with a fistula since 2013 and already had two surgeries but it's still not fixed Now my doctor is recommending laser surgery since the fistula is connected to my anal canal I'm really confused about whether to go for it or not Does laser surgery work better for this type of fistula and what are the risks compared to regular surgery
Laser fistula surgery is minimally invasive and may reduce recurrence compared to conventional surgery;risks include incontinence if muscle is damaged.

I've been experiencing some discomfort recently, especially when I'm sitting for long periods. I noticed a pimple-like bump near my anus, and it hurts when I touch it. I'm worried this might be piles, but I'm not entirely sure. I've read online about self-care options, but I'm not sure what to do. Can you help me figure out if this is piles or something else, and suggest any creams or treatments? I've also attached a picture for reference.
It's generally safe to take cefadroxil and azithromycin together, as they work against different types of bacteria and have different mechanisms of action. However, it's essential to consult your doctor or surgeon before taking both medications, as they may interact or increase the risk of side effects. Inform your doctor about the azithromycin you've already taken and the remaining doses. They will assess the situation and provide guidance on whether to continue with the azithromycin and cefadroxil concurrently. Follow their instructions carefully to ensure safe and effective treatment. Monitor yourself for any adverse reactions or side effects while taking both medications.
