I've had gynaecomastia for around 5 years now and it's really bothering me. Is there any way to treat it without surgery? I've heard mixed things and just want an honest answer on what my options are.

Why is metformin bad for you?
The most serious of metformin is lactic acidosis, a condition caused by buildup of lactic acid in the blood. This can occur if too much metformin accumulates in the blood due to chronic or acute (e.g. dehydration) kidney problems.

I'm dealing with vitamin deficienciesit looks like my vitamin D and B12 levels are low. Vitamin D is at 14.92 ngml and B12 is at 202 pgml. What could these low levels mean for my health, and what steps should I take to address this? I'm a bit worried about the impact they might have on me.
I recommend taking "Drisdol" at a dosage of 50,000 IU once a week for 8 weeks, followed by a maintenance dose of 800-2000 IU per day. For Vitamin B12 deficiency, I recommend taking "Cyanocobalamin" at a dosage of 1000 mcg once daily for a few weeks, followed by a maintenance dose of 100-200 mcg per day.
