I've had hard lumps in my chest since I was a kid, and I recently read online that it could be gynecomastia or just chest fat. I'm really confused and worried about this. How can I tell if it's actually gynecomastia or just chest fat? Also, is there any way to treat gynecomastia naturally? I'm really stressed about this because surgery and pills seem way too expensive for me. I feel embarrassed around my friends and it's affecting my mood. Can you give me some advice?

View allMy mom's been dealing with Hypothyroidism, and we recently discovered that her Anti Thyroglobulin Antibodies are at 230, TSH is 25, and her Phosphorus and Calcium levels are high at 8 and 10.1. Her ECG results are also abnormal, showing T Wave issues, abnormal sinus rhythm, lateral ischemia, and possible left atrial enlargement. Given all of this, should we be worried about this being an emergency or needing angioplasty, especially since she's already got hypothyroidism and kidney problems?

I've been taking Letrozole and CCQ as part of my cycle monitoring, and recently had a few hcg injections because my follicles weren't rupturing as expected. They finally ruptured on the 15th day. Then I took Duphaston from the 15th to the 25th day, but now it's Day 31 and I still haven't gotten my period. Is there a chance I could be pregnant this time? On my last cycle, I had no follicles and took Duphaston from the 19th day, getting my period on Day 33. What do you think?

What's the best way to reduce gynaecomastia naturally without surgery Do exercises actually help or is surgery the only option I've heard mixed things and want to know what really works
While exercises like cardio and strength training can help reduce overall body fat and potentially improve the appearance of the chest by building muscle, they cannot directly remove or reduce the breast tissue enlargement caused by gynecomastia. Surgery is generally the only effective method for addressing the underlying breast tissue
