I've had a hole in my eardrum for a long time, but for the past few months, my hearing has gotten really bad. What should I do? If surgery is needed, what's the procedure like and how much does it cost? Also, can you recommend a good ENT specialist in East Delhi?

Feels like there's something stuck in my throat, and it's super annoying and irritating. There's no pain, but I'm really uncomfortable. How can I get rid of this feeling?
It sounds like you may be experiencing globus pharyngeus, which is the sensation of a lump or something stuck in the throat without any actual blockage. To help alleviate this discomfort, you can try gargling with warm salt water, drinking plenty of fluids, and sucking on throat lozenges. Additionally, you can try over-the-counter antacids like Tums or Rolaids to reduce any acid reflux that may be contributing to the sensation. If the feeling persists, you may consider using an over-the-counter mucolytic agent like Guaifenesin (e.g. Mucinex) to help thin out any mucus that could be causing the sensation.
