I've had this issue with fungal nails for years now. It started on my big toes, but it's beginning to spread to my other nails too. I'm getting married soon, and I'm really worried about how my nails will look. Can you recommend any medicine that could help with this?

View allI've been reading up on vitamin D and its impact on hair health, and I'm a bit concerned. I'm 23 years old and was recently told I have a vitamin D deficiency. My 25 OH hydroxy vitamin D test results show I have about 23ngmL. Could this deficiency be causing my hair loss? I'm pretty worried and would love some advice.
Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to hair loss, particularly alopecia areata, telogen effluvium, and female pattern hair loss; with a 25(OH)D level of 23 ngmL, you have a moderate deficiency; supplementing with vitamin D (1,000-2,000 IUday) and maintaining a balanced diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, and biotin may help promote hair growth and reduce hair loss.

I was told to use Darma Dew lotion by my doctor, but I lost the prescription. Can you guide me on how to properly use it for dry skin and skin irritations?
You can use Darma Dew lotion for dry skin and skin irritations. Apply a thin layer of the lotion to the affected areas 2-3 times a day, or as directed by your doctor. Make sure to clean and dry the skin before applying the lotion for better absorption and effectiveness.
