I've had this issue where I accidentally cut my penis somehow last week, maybe with my nail or a zipper, and now there's a scab on it. It's about a centimeter long and hurts when I touch it. What should I do?

It sounds like you may have a minor wound on your penis. To help with healing and prevent infection, you can apply an over-the-counter antibiotic ointment like Neosporin or Bacitracin to the affected area twice a day. Keep the area clean and dry, and avoid any further trauma to the area. If the pain persists or if you notice any signs of infection such as increased redness, swelling, or discharge, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment.

View allI'm really worried because I've been masturbating for about 5 years, and now my penis looks different, kind of out of shape. I'm not sure if this will affect my ability to have kids in the future once I get married. On top of that, my legs have gotten really thin, and I feel pain in all my joints. My testicles are also quite painful. Did I somehow damage my penis? Could you help me understand what's going on?
Masturbation itself does not typically cause permanent damage to the penis or reproductive health; however, your symptoms, such as penis shape concerns, joint pain, thin legs, and testicular pain, may be related to other factors, including over-masturbation, which can lead to temporary issues like fatigue, muscle strain, or inflammation; consider consulting a urologist

my foreskin retracts fine when soft but gets stuck when erect is surgery the only way to fix this or are there other treatments that could help
While surgery (circumcision) is a common treatment for phimosis (tight foreskin), it's not always the only option. Non-surgical treatments, such as stretching exercises, steroid creams, and addressing underlying issues like infections or skin conditions, can also be effective

I've been feeling a burning sensation right after peeing for the past week, and the tip of my penis has been itching. I also have itching in my underarms, between my thighs, and around my scrotum could this be a fungal or bacterial infection spreading from one area to another? I've been using soap and powder to manage it, but the itching at the tip won't go away. Also, I have a tight foreskin (phimosis) and noticed a red, curved line from my shaft to the head when I pulled it back. I'm really nervous about surgery and talking to my parents what can I do to stop the itching and manage the tight foreskin? Are there stretching exercises that could help?
Urethritis Bacteria or viruses usually cause the condition. Urethritis causes burning during urination, and it can also be painful to ejaculate. The condition might also cause : itchiness and stinging in the urethra.
