I've had a keloid problem for the last 3 years and now I have big keloid marks like thick lines on my hand. I'm thinking about plastic surgery but I'm scared because what if the stitches from the surgery also turn into keloids? Will that happen?

View allIm considering getting hair PRP and I'm a bit nervous about the whole process. Could you share the latest procedures for this treatment? Also, what type of anesthesia will you be using?
For hair PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatment, the latest procedure involves extracting a small amount of blood from your arm, processing it to separate the platelet-rich plasma, and then injecting it into the scalp to stimulate hair growth. The type of anesthesia commonly used for this procedure is local anesthesia, which is applied to the scalp to minimize any discomfort during the injections. The brand name of the local anesthesia that can be used for this procedure is Lidocaine. The dosage and concentration of Lidocaine will depend on the specific protocol followed by your healthcare provider, but it is typically administered in small amounts to the scalp before the PRP injections. Remember to discuss any concerns or questions about the procedure with your healthcare provider before undergoing the treatment.

I'm really bothered by how my arms have gotten so tanned compared to the rest of my body. It just looks odd, and the color difference is super noticeable. Can you recommend any effective ways to help reduce the tan on my arms?

I've been using Betnovate C on my face for about a year to control my pimples and help with skin lightening. Whenever I stop using it, my pimples flare up again. I usually apply it at night. My friends keep telling me that it's not safe to use Betnovate C continuously. I'm really confused and would love some advice on what I should do. Is there something else I can try?
