I've had keloid scars on my chest for over 5 years and cryotherapy didn't work it just came back. I heard surgery isn't permanent either. Is there any treatment that can actually get rid of keloids for good?

I've just applied castor oil on my face for the first time, and suddenly I've got these small red bumps popping up all over. I'm not sure what's going on. Could you tell me what might be causing this and if there's any ointment or treatment I could use to help calm my skin down? Would appreciate any advice you have!
It sounds like you may be experiencing an allergic reaction or irritation from the castor oil. You can try using a hydrocortisone cream, such as Cortaid, to help reduce inflammation and itching. Apply a thin layer to the affected areas twice a day for up to a week. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.
