I've had a kidney stone for a year now, and none of the treatments I've tried have worked to remove it. Now the stone from my left kidney is moving into the ureter, and the pain is really bad. Should I consider surgery, or are there other options I could try first?

I'm really struggling with lasting longer during sex and it's been affecting my relationship. I've heard that some medications might help with controlling or delaying ejaculation, but I'm worried about whether this can actually solve the issue permanently. Can anyone give advice on how to increase the time, or if medication is a good route to take? Would appreciate any insights on this topic.

To increase sexual endurance, techniques like **squeeze method**, **start-stop method**, and practicing mindfulness can help control ejaculation. Medications like **SSRIs** or **topical anesthetics** may temporarily improve control, but they don't offer permanent solutions. Consulting a healthcare provider can help identify underlying causes and create a tailored approach.

I have 3 numbers cysts in my scrotum area but i dont know its sebaceous or epidermal. Can any one suggest me how to take a treatment by surgery or by madicine.

If you have cysts in your scrotum and aren't sure if they are sebaceous or epidermoid, it's best to consult a doctor or urologist for diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Many scrotal cysts are harmless and don't need treatment, but some may require removal, especially if they become painful, large, or infected.

I'm 31 and just realized I have a tight foreskin. I'm considering circumcision but wondering if it's safe at my age and what the actual benefits are. Who should I talk to about this procedure?

Circumcision at 31 to address a tight foreskin (phimosis) is generally safe and can be done for both medical and personal reasons. A urologist is the best healthcare professional to consult about this procedure
