I've had laser therapy about 45 times to get rid of facial hair below my eyes and above my beard line, but I stopped the sessions around a year and a half ago. Now, I'm noticing the hair is growing back on my cheeks. Do I need to go for more sessions to keep it away? And is this something I'll have to do forever? The treatment is pretty expensive at 1600 rupees per session, so I'm not keen on the idea of lifelong sessions. Plus, I'm wondering if my doctor charged me more than usual. Are there cheaper laser options available? I really need a permanent and cost-effective solution to get rid of facial hair.

View allI've been dealing with these constant headaches and my whole body just won't stop itching. Honestly, it feels like I'm getting poked by a thousand needles, and I've noticed some red marks popping up in a few spots. It's getting worse with each passing day. Could you figure out what's going on with me and what I should do?
You may be experiencing symptoms of an allergic reaction. To address the itching and redness, you can take an antihistamine such as Cetirizine (10mg) once daily. For the headache, you can take Acetaminophen (500mg) as needed for pain relief. However, it is important to identify and avoid the trigger causing your symptoms. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention for further evaluation and management.

I'm really curious about finding the right cream for my skin. My skin tone is quite dark and a friend mentioned this uniwhite cream that might help lighten it. I'm wondering if it's actually effective for what I'm looking for, or if there's a better option you could recommend for dark skin?

I've been noticing that my complexion has become really dull and dark recently. I used to have a pretty fair complexion, but ever since I started my weight loss journey and lost about 8 kgs by going to the gym regularly, it's like my skin has been affected negatively. I look pale and dull and have lost that bright glow. Can you suggest anything for this? Oh, and I should mention my skin is oily, prone to acne, and also quite sensitive.
To help improve your skin tone and regain the glow, you can try using a topical cream containing Vitamin C and Niacinamide. These ingredients can help brighten the skin and even out the complexion. Additionally, using a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily can protect your skin from further damage and darkening. For your oily and acne-prone skin, you can use a gentle cleanser containing salicylic acid to help control oil production and prevent breakouts.
