I've had this lump in my groin area under the skin for about a week now. It feels like a semi-hard ball and it really hurts when I touch it. Any idea on what it could be and how I can get rid of it?

View allHad URS surgery in November 2015 for stones but now after 3 months there's mild pain again. What could be causing this and are there any precautions to prevent recurrence? How quickly can stones come back after surgery?
Mild pain after URS surgery, even 3 months later, could be due to various reasons, including a new stone, residual tissue irritation, or incomplete stone removal. To prevent recurrence, focus on hydration, dietary changes like reducing sodium and oxalate intake, and addressing any underlying medical conditions. While individual recurrence times vary, some studies suggest a median time to recurrence of 12 months after initial URS and SWL procedures, with a higher rate of repeat procedures after SWL compared to URS.

I'm a 25-year-old guy with tight foreskin that hurts when I pull it back. Surgery isn't something I want to consider right now are there other ways to manage this?
Topical steroid creams and gentle stretching may help phimosis and frenulum breve; surgery like preputioplasty is minor and effective if needed.
