I've had myopia for the past 18 years and I'm wondering if it can be treated without surgery. What are my options besides LASIK or SMILE and how much do those procedures usually cost?

My right eye power is 12 and left eye is 5, can I get LASIK surgery or is there a risk of blindness in my right eye? Would really appreciate your advice on this.
eye drops are advised ,for severe cases surgical excision is advised to the pt.

I have thin corneas and can't get LASIK, so my doctor recommended SMILE but I've heard it has some drawbacks. Now I'm seeing Contoura Vision might be better what's the best option for someone with thin corneas like me?
