I've had this old scar on my cheek from an abscess for 67 years now and I'm really bothered by it. Would plastic surgery be a good option to remove or reduce it? What kind of results can I expect and are there any risks I should know about?

What's the best way to reduce a double chin liposuction or surgery? I'm worried about potential risks or complications with either option and want to know which one is safer and more effective for long-term results. Are there any serious side effects I should be aware of?
For a double chin, both liposuction and surgery offer effective solutions, but liposuction is generally considered safer and more minimally invasive. Liposuction directly removes fat cells, while surgery may involve tightening skin and muscles. While both procedures have potential risks, liposuction's minimal invasiveness and shorter recovery time make it a preferred choice for many.
