I've had a painless Bartholin's cyst for two years but now it's starting to hurt a little. I really don't want surgery - what else can I do to manage this?

View allI'm in my ninth month of pregnancy, and my amniotic fluid index is showing as 9. My consultant suggested taking a certain powder for a week. I'm really keen on understanding what kind of fluids I could drink to naturally help increase my amniotic fluid levels. Could you guide me on this? I'm a bit curious and worried.
ITS A HOME REMADY I DON'T KNOW YOU BELIEVE OR NOT. A SWEET CALLED JALEBI OF PURE GHEE100 GM OR MEDIUM SEIZED FOUR JALEBI WITH MILK IN EVERY MORNING WITHOUT MISTAKE. IT'S 100% AMNIOTIC FLUID BECOMES NORMAL.

I'm 30 and have had PCOS for two years my HSG test showed blocked fallopian tubes. Besides pregnancy concerns, is surgery absolutely necessary to unblock them? Just wondering if it's something I really need to do or if there are other options
While surgery can be an option for unblocking fallopian tubes, it's not always necessary and there are other treatment approaches, especially if you're not focused on pregnancy. Your doctor will need to assess the specific cause and location of the blockage to determine the best course of action

Where does sperm go after a hysterectomy?
Following hysterectomy, sperm has nowhere to go. Itâs expelled from your body along with your normal vaginal secretion
