I've had a pilonidal cyst for the last 4 years and it's really bothering me - is there any medication that can cure it without needing surgery? Are there any new treatments or methods to make it go away for good?

I have a 12mm umbilical hernia that makes my belly look bloated and fat all the time. I don't want surgery and am already doing diet and yoga. Are there any medications that can cure this hernia? I'm based in Chandigarh.

I have a 5mm umbilical hernia and I'm not sure how serious it is do I need surgery for something this small? Can I still do light abdominal exercises or lift my 15-month-old baby without making it worse? Is there any chance it might heal on its own with exercise?
