My gallbladder is distended and has a few stones with the largest being 15 mm. I've been advised to get surgery but I'm wondering if there are any effective Ayurveda or homeopathy treatments that could help instead

My MRI report shows a perianal fistula with an external opening in the left paramedian gluteal cleft. Can this be treated with medication or will I need surgery?
In most cases, a perianal fistula with an external opening in the left paramedian gluteal cleft requires surgical intervention to resolve. While medication, like antibiotics, might be used to manage associated infections, they won't cure the fistula itself. Surgery, often a fistulotomy, is needed to open and drain the fistula tract, allowing healing from the bottom up.

how much does lipoma surgery usually cost and what's the process like are there any home remedies or treatments that can shrink a lipoma without needing surgery
Lipoma removal surgery costs vary, ranging from ‚Çπ25,000 to ‚Çπ1,00,000 in India, depending on the procedure, location, and surgeon. The surgery usually involves a local anesthetic injection to numb the area, followed by an incision, removal of the lipoma, and stitching of the wound. While some home remedies and treatments, like steroid injections, may help shrink lipomas, they are not a guaranteed solution and may have side effects
