I've had redness in my right eye for about three weeks now, and while it wasn't really bothering me at first, I've been noticing a bit of a burning sensation the last couple of days. I'm not sure if this is something serious or not, and I'm a little worried. What could be causing this, and should I be doing anything specific to help it?

I've developed an Eye Chalazion on my right eye. During the first week, it was quite painful, but now it doesn't hurt anymore. Its still there though. Could you recommend a good medicine for this?
