I've had redness in my right eye for about three weeks now, and while it wasn't really bothering me at first, I've been noticing a bit of a burning sensation the last couple of days. I'm not sure if this is something serious or not, and I'm a little worried. What could be causing this, and should I be doing anything specific to help it?

View allI'm really concerned about something that's been happening since I had herpes zoster shingles a couple of weeks ago. I had rashes on my neck and shoulders, all on the left side, but they've mostly cleared up now. However, this morning I noticed I can only twitch my left eye. I came across something online about herpes zoster ophthalmicus, and I'm worried this could be a late effect of the shingles. What should I do about this?
It is the complication of herpes infection.
