I've had this scar on my left arm for about 4 years now from a cut, and I'm really hoping to either get rid of it or at least make it less noticeable or flatten it. What do you recommend for situations like this?

View allI'm really concerned because I've been taking ashwagandha for the past 45 days and suddenly I've got a lot of cystic acne on my face. Could ashwagandha be causing this?
Ashwagandha is generally considered safe, but some individuals may experience adverse effects, including skin issues like acne; ashwagandha can stimulate hormones, including testosterone, which may lead to increased sebum production and acne in some people, particularly those with hormonal imbalances or acne-prone skin; consider stopping ashwagandha for a few days to see if your acne improves,

I've been dealing with this urticaria since last October, and I've been taking citrazin every day, but it hasn't helped at all. I'm thinking of trying livcon capsules and assicon syrup now. Do you think these might work for my urticaria?
For urticaria, it is important to identify the underlying cause and treat it accordingly. Instead of Livcon capsule and Assicon syrup, I would recommend you to try Allegra (Fexofenadine) 180mg once daily in the morning along with Ranitidine 150mg twice daily. These medications are more effective in controlling urticaria symptoms compared to Livcon and Assicon. Make sure to consult with your doctor before starting any new medication.

I've been dealing with some itching and redness on my penis and the surrounding areas lately. It's been bothering me so much that I decided to apply an antibacterial and antifungal cream for about 4-5 days now, but I'm not really seeing much improvement. I'm starting to get a bit worried about what could be causing this and whether there's something else I should be doing. Is there a point where I should be concerned enough to see a doctor, or maybe there's a different treatment I should try?
Allergy on the penis and surrounding areas with itching and redness can be due to a fungal infection. I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% twice daily for 2 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg once daily to help with the itching. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to promote healing.
