I've had a slipped disc for around 20 days now and it's causing really bad pain down my left leg - it's gotten so bad I can't even do my normal daily tasks. I've been trying back extension exercises for a week but the pain isn't getting any better. Can you suggest other treatment options besides surgery that might help with this?

For persistent leg pain due to a slipped disc, besides surgery, several non-surgical options can help manage symptoms and promote healing. These include pain management through medication, physical therapy, and potentially injections.

if it is partial tear it can be cured by rest and physiotheraphy. if still pain is persisting and reduced movements then surgery is better option

Can an interstitial ACL tear heal on its own without needing surgery I'm really worried and not sure what to do next

Complete ACL tears (grade 3) are less likely to heal on their own and may require surgery, especially for those with high activity level
