I've had a slipped disc for around 20 days now and it's causing really bad pain down my left leg - it's gotten so bad I can't even do my normal daily tasks. I've been trying back extension exercises for a week but the pain isn't getting any better. Can you suggest other treatment options besides surgery that might help with this?

For persistent leg pain due to a slipped disc, besides surgery, several non-surgical options can help manage symptoms and promote healing. These include pain management through medication, physical therapy, and potentially injections.

My MRI shows an ACL grade 1 sprain and the doctor recommended rest, ice, and keeping my knee elevated. But the pain isn't getting better it's really intense. I'm worried and don't want surgery. What else can I do to ease the pain and heal properly? I've attached my MRI report for reference.
To guide you correctly, a thorough assessment is necessary.
