I've had a small hard lump in my armpit for about 2 years now and it hasn't changed size. Multiple doctors from different fields have said it's a dead lymph node and harmless, but no treatments have worked to remove it. Could this lump turn cancerous or cause problems later on? Should I consider getting it surgically removed?

Armpit lumps happen in men and women for various reasons, including infections, skin irritations and chronic diseases. They may be as small as a pea or as large as a golf ball. Armpit lumps typically go away on their own. On rare occasions, they're a sign of cancer.

I'm really concerned about my recovery after having perianal abscess surgery on November 30th. It's been 8 days now, and I'm still seeing pus discharge; plus, there's a bit of pain after I have a bowel movement. I've been using Livoluk as a stool softener and doing sitz baths three times a day to help. Do you have any idea how much longer I might need to continue the wound dressing and how long it'll take for everything to fully heal up? I'm in the IT field and eager to know when I might be able to return to work. Any advice would be great.

Surgery is the only resort .Open umbilical hernia repair or laparoscopic hernia repair is advised to the patient.A surgery opinion is advised.
