I just found out I have a 23 cm lipoma on my back and I'm a bit worried. Do I need surgery for something this big? Could it turn out to be cancerous? I'm 19 should I get it treated right away or can I wait?

My pilonidal sinus burst and drained a lot of white pus and blood. Should I still get surgery or can I just take pimple healing meds and antibiotics?
While antibiotics might help with the infection after a pilonidal sinus burst, surgery is likely still needed, especially if the sinus is chronic or keeps recurring. Antibiotics alone won't fully address the underlying issue of the sinus and the need for complete removal. See a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment options, including potential surgery or incision and drainage, to prevent recurrence and further complications
