I've had squint eyes since I was a kid and now I'm 22 is surgery the only option or are there other treatments I can try to fix this

View allI had cataract surgery 4 months ago and was prescribed systane ultra eye drops with polyethylene glycol and propylene glycol to use twice daily for a year. It's quite expensive are there any other options for managing dry eyes that might be more affordable? Sometimes my eyes still feel dry even with the drops.

Had PRK surgery 5 months ago and my right eye is fine but my left eye stays blurry unless I use lubricant drops - vision gets clear for a bit then goes back to being fuzzy. My left eye is at 69 before drops. Why does it keep doing this and is it normal after PRK?
