I've had this strange thing happening with my nose recently, where a water-like fluid just starts running from it, but I don't have any cold symptoms at all. This happened once before going to bed and another time while I was exercising. There's no pain around my nose, but I'm curious about what could be causing it. I did have nosebleeds when I was a kid, though they don't happen much anymore. Should I be worried about this? Could it be something serious?

It's difficult to definitively diagnose whether your nasal issue is polyps or swollen turbinates without a visual examination. However, the symptoms you've described (sneezing, runny nose, blocked nose, and sometimes a blocked throat) are common in both conditions, particularly when associated with allergic rhinitis, which you've also mentioned. Treatment options beyond surgery for both nasal polyps and turbinate hypertrophy include medications and lifestyle changes

I've got a popcorn husk stuck in my throat and it's driving me crazy! I've tried coughing to get it out, but no luck. It's been almost a full day now. What should I do to get it out?
