I've had swollen lymph nodes for about seven months now, and while they're moveable and don't hurt, they just won't go away. The FNAC test I did said they're reactive, but after trying antibiotics, nothing's changed theyre still the same size. I dont have any other symptoms, so I'm kind of at a loss here. What should my next steps be? Trying not to worry too much, but it's been a while.

Hello Zac San,
Yellow patches on the tonsils can be concerning.
Possible causes:
- Tonsillitis
- Tonsil stones (calcified debris)
- Oral thrush (fungal infection)
- Strep throat
Given your history of swelling and pain, it's essential to consult an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist or a primary care physician for a thorough examination and diagnosis.

View allI've been noticing some random bruising on my left leg and other areas of my body, and there's no pain or any injury that I can think of. They just show up without any warning. I'm also experiencing delayed periods and was wondering if these might be related in some way? On top of that, I've been diagnosed with vertigo. Could there be any connection between these symptoms? It's all starting to worry me a bit.

I'm a bit worried because my platelet count has dropped to 110,000, but I don't have any signs of dengue. I've heard that goat milk might help increase platelet levels. Is that true? What can I do to naturally boost my platelet count?
While goat milk is a good source of protein and calcium, there is no scientific evidence to support its role in increasing platelet count. To increase platelet count, you can consider taking medications like "Eltrombopag" at a dosage prescribed by your doctor. Additionally, consuming foods rich in vitamin K like spinach, kale, and broccoli can also help boost platelet production. Remember to follow your doctor's advice for the best treatment plan.

I'm dealing with iron deficiency anemia and my doctor recommended a Ferium 1k infusion. I'm wondering how much my hemoglobin levels might go up after just one of these injections?
