I've had to take the morning after pill a few times now because of contraception not working as it should. I'm really worried about whether using this pill multiple times could cause issues with fertility in the future. Could it actually lead to infertility or affect my chances of having kids down the line?

View allI've been trying to conceive for a year now with no success. I have a 3x3cm intramural fibroid could that be affecting my chances? My first IUI failed, and now my doctor is suggesting fibroid removal. Is this surgery a big procedure, and what's the best option for someone trying to get pregnant?
Yes, many patients with fibroids can get pregnant. But to improve your chances of a healthy pregnancy, it's best to discuss your goals and priorities with your doctor. If fibroids are having an impact on your quality of life, a gynecologic surgeon can discuss treatment options that can help preserve your fertility.

I took Primolut N for 10 days twice daily to delay my periods, and I've stopped it for the past 3 days. When can I expect my periods to start again? Also, I have a thyroid problem, so is that going to affect anything?
After stopping Primolut N, you can expect your periods to resume within 3-7 days, but this timeframe may vary due to individual hormonal responses and your pre-existing thyroid condition, which can affect menstrual regularity; monitor your body's response and consult your gynecologist if your periods are delayed beyond 7-10 days or if you experience any unusual symptoms.
