My wife is 9 months pregnant and her C-section is scheduled for this week, but she suddenly caught a cold and cough because of the rainy season. Can you recommend a safe cough syrup for the last trimester that won't harm the baby? Also, if her cough doesn't clear up before the surgery, could it delay the delivery date?

For cold in 9-month pregnant woman, use syrup like Benadryl or Grilinctus BM after OB consult—mild cold won't usually delay C-section unless fever or breathing issues occur.

View allI'm really worried because I took the unwanted kit but I'm not bleeding. Should I try taking another one? If so, how many days should I wait? I'm 4 weeks pregnant and not considering surgical abortion. What should I do?
If there is still no bleeding after a few days, you should have an ultrasound. If you still do not bleed within a few days (and you are positive that you were pregnant), then you may have either an ectopic pregnancy or a continuing pregnancy and you should have an ultrasound

I'm really worried because I've noticed pinworms in my vaginathere were three of them. It's been happening for about a week now, and I can actually feel them moving around down there. What should I do?
Pinworms can cause irritation and inflammation in the vaginal area in rare cases of heavy infestation. The parasite can travel from the anal area to the vagina, uterus, fallopian tubes, and pelvic organs. This can lead to complications such as vaginitis and endometritis. So you have to take combination therapy with oral mebendazole (Vermox) and ivermectin (Stromectol
